Product samples were amazing, we have to now work with just a few measurements,  but we are on track for everything. This is a great experience,  highly recommend to anyone who cares about what they want to produce. Grace came highly recommended to me, and I would say the same to anyone. great communication from them , delivered on a timely schedule with no delays.  Will order from them again.  great quality work. just what we were looking for.

Quality： Aria was very helpful, and I was able to contact her regularly with any questions or concerns I had. The delivery came in a timely manner. The caps overall are very nice and the quality of the material is great, but different from the original sample swatch. The ears were also moved lower on the cap, and black thread was used in the bill of the cap which is noticeable, but she said for my next order she will make sure they make the correct adjustments to fix the cap. The embroidery on the cap for my character on the front and logo on the back are great, and exactly what I asked for.
