My experience chatting with the seller was great, communication was good. The samples of the hats I received were amazing, exactly what I wanted and perfect quality. However, the bulk order was not good. I noticed a slight color change, it wasn’t as bright (I could overlook that part it wasn’t a huge deal tbh). BUT the material of the bulk order was A LOT thinner and there were many threads poking out. The stitching on most of the hats were very noticeably uneven and overall, the quality was just a lot lower compared to the samples. I felt this was deceitful on their part. I originally planned to make many more designs with them but I’m unhappy with my bulk order. I had to toss away many hats because they were too low quality for me to sell. I’ll insert a photo of the material thickness of the sample compared to the bulk order hats, it’s a little hard to tell a big difference but trust me- there’s a big difference in person.

For colors : because bought fabric not at the same time, there is a little color difference , we are very responsible and honest to inform you about this issue , send videos and photos for you confirming before buy bulk order fabric, if you are familar with the clothing and accessories industry, I think you are aware of this color difference problem,right ?
2. For the brim finished looks more thinner , we also inform you in sincerely, send detailed photos for comparing samples and got a approval before mass production , after you agreed,then we start mass production.
